BODY TRANSFORMATION COACHING:

My 1 on 1 personalized body transformation online coaching service is a program like no other. I work intimately with my clients to understand their unique lifestyle and body composition to format a custom nutrition and fitness program to help them achieve their goals.

I specialize in: body recomposition / transformation / weight loss / fat loss through organized eating and building muscle. I teach my clients sustainable healthy habits that carry them beyond just the kitchen & their training.

The programming is inputted into my special Trainerize app where clients can log their workouts and I can analyze their muscle development and gauge their progress. The app also has a chat feature where clients can communicate with me easily.

In addition, I provide video feedback to each check-in where I motivate clients and give useful advice and guidance for their health and fitness journey. Also included is a monthly 1 on 1 phone call with me.

NUTRITION ONLY COACHING:

I also help clients who are interested in Nutrition-Only Coaching. I coach all dietary preferences. I specialize in vegan, plant-based nutrition & gut health.

I've been working with Belinda for over nine months now and she was exactly what I needed to get on track with my health goals. She deeply cares as a coach and goes above/beyond to ensure I'm set up for success (easy to understand meal plans, tailored workouts, monthly phone calls, Loom video check ins). I really appreciate her accountability and advice for staying on track and focused. With her guidance and support I've lost over twenty pounds but most importantly gained so much strength. She also provides flexibility in programs so I never feel like i'm missing out food-wise (thanks to her organized meal planning with free meals program).

I am so thankful to have found Coach B! She has given me a simple and clear plan on how to lose weight and build muscle, while also remaining vegan and mindfully working through some pain issues. I love that she's taken all the guess work out on what to do, but is still holding me accountable for my own success. As she reminds me often, the only way to get there is to put in the work, and to add broccoli and carrots to everything!

10 weeks in and 20lbs lost. Feeling great mentally and physically. Belinda has been a great motivator and coach. Meal plan has kept me full and free of cravings and the occasional “free meal” makes it hardly feel like dieting! Belinda is always there to answer any questions I might have and reaches out often just to check in. Highly recommend to anyone that’s ready to quit being a CHUD.

Belinda is amazing. From her intake process through her programming, I've felt remarkably heard, taken care of and supported. Her approach is holistic - looking at eating habits, lifestyle, and level of fitness - working to craft a program of meals and strength-training tailored to you and how your body works and responds. She takes all the pieces of “getting fit” that can feel overwhelming to gather on your own and puts them all together in a way that is extremely manageable and easy to follow. I look forward to our check-ins and her cheerleading when I make a gain or set a new personal record.
